How much does a website cost?
The total cost will vary according to your individual needs.
There is no cost for any initial consultations so that we may discuss with you what type of website you need.
We will present to you all the options available to you and their respective prices.
For $75, you can get a small (1-2 page) website that's composed of fairly simple html and limited graphics.
As the website increases in complexity and size, the price will increase.
What would I have to do to get a website?
To get a website and to get it on the web requires three things. First, you must have a domain name (www.yourwebsitename.com). Second, you must have
webspace online purchased from a webhosting plan. Third, you must have an actual website design to take up this space and to show up when somebody
goes to your domain name.
How long would it take for you to make a website?
This, much like the price, depends on the complexity and size of the website. A simple, one page website will take us a few days to complete for you.
On the contrary, a complex website may take us 3-4 weeks to finish. While we work as fast as possible, we pride ourselves on the quality of the site that we produce.
For this reason, we do not create a "rush job" like some other web designers may do.
What's the difference between a HTML page and a PHP page?
A HTML is a static page that contains images, text, etc. Once the content is entered into the page, it stays that way and does not change, until someone (like us) edits it. HTML pages are ideal for pages that do not need to vary in the content that is presented on them often, and only need to edited once in a while.
A PHP page is a dynamic page. It contains things such as variables that allow it to display different information depending on if a variable is true or not. Making a page in PHP
is great if the content of the page needs to be changed or added to frequently (such as a gallery), or if you would like such features as a news blogger to add recent news instantly to your site.
I recently started a small business, and I don't have any logos yet. Can you design one to go along with the website?
Yes! We can also design your logo, although, you will need to give us an idea of what you want.
Couldn't I just use one of those "Website Design" Programs to make my own site?
Sure. But, do you think your customers are going to be attracted to your website if it has that unprofessional, "cookie cutter" look of the thousands of similar pages
